As native digital designer with years of experience in Digital Transformation and Disruption across diverse industries my process has been informed by a background in both UX and UI. This enables my ability to balance both the structural and aesthetic values of all projects and challenges undertaken.

I am well versed in problem solving and hands-on experience design application. My most recent work as Senior Director of User Experience at Thynk Digital entailed creating the First Abu Dhabi Bank mobile banking app onboarding customer experience. A journey which starts with a customer seeking insight into which product is right for them on to the application process for issuing and instant use of that product. This process was validated by two-fold end-to-end usability testing.

As Design Director at Enigma, I oversaw the designing and scaling of the company while empowering the team in the process of creating and shipping products. This was done by delivering the Enigma “Escher” Data First Design System, allowing for the quick iteration of data complex solutions.

During my time at Enigma I led the design and direction of STAT: Stand Together Against Human Trafficking, a collaborative tool centralizing information on insights, indicators and typologies which allow for the financial disruption and tracking of human trafficking and modern slavery.

Highlights of my work on innovative digital solutions and technology for non-profit cultural institutions include being the Design Director at Parsons and The New School University. An integral part of my role at Parsons was building and leading an experienced team of high-end creative designers re-thinking the way design and communication were practiced. I implemented a collaborative workflow where all the creative ideas were applied cross-divisionally to all mediums throughout the entire university.

My work is dedicated to keeping clients and projects ahead of the curve in a fast changing world. Experience across diverse industries - technology, finance, insurance, digital agencies, education, the arts, fashion, architecture, etc.- shows my diverse range and flexibility as both a team leader and UX designer. The common thread unifying my diverse experience is the drive to create value through design solutions that are future-minded and human-centric at their core.
